New Loan Originator Rules are in Effect Immediately

AFR’s new compensation agreements and policies as they relate to the Regulation Z Amendment are in effect as of April 6, 2011.

Compliance with these rules is mandatory beginning with transactions for which Creditors (AFR) receive an application on or after April 6, 2011.
