AFR's COMMITMENT / LENDER FEE HAS BEEN ELIMINATED - At AFR we recognize today’s challenges in closing loans, and the impact of added fees. To address these challenges, effective August 9th, 2010 – AFR's Commitment / Lender fee has been eliminated on EVERY LOAN! This fee has been eliminated on every loan effective with locks submitted to take effect this Monday, August 9th. Subsequently, we have added a loan size adjustment to all programs.
