Understanding the new GFE requirements is critical to successfully closing your loan transactions. To date, there have been inconsistencies in the implementation of these requirements, and many questions in regard to proper disclosure. AFR Wholesale developed the AFR GFE Help Desk to provide you support in completing your GFEs correctly. We believe that this support will be mutually beneficial. This help desk is designed to assist you in completing your initial GFE.

Please send the following prior to disclosing the GFE to your clients and within 3 days of your application.
1. GFE Initial Fees Worksheet (Truth in Lending Itemization of Fees In Encompass)
2. Completed 2010 GFE (PRIOR TO BEING DISCLOSED)
3. AFR GFE Cheat Sheet (GFE_Worksheet.xls download)
